Terms of Service

1. The service

SubsForLess sells digital subscription plans, delivered by email, and social media marketing (SMM) services, delivered to the public link you provide. By ordering you accept these terms.

2. Accounts and guest orders

You can order with or without an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the email address you give us: it is where your purchases are delivered. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password private.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay, in the displayed currency. Payment is taken through our payment partners (Mobile Money or crypto). An order exists once payment is confirmed.

4. The wallet

Wallet balance is a prepaid credit usable only on SubsForLess. It is credited when a deposit confirms, and when we approve a refund. Wallet balance is not a bank account, earns no interest, and is not transferable between users.

5. Subscription delivery and warranty

Once you place a subscription order we contact you by email to arrange payment and deliver your access. Every plan is covered for its stated duration: if access stops working during that period, we repair, replace or refund it.

6. SMM services

SMM orders run against the public link you submit. You must provide a correct, public link. Counts, start times and refill windows are stated on each service. If an order delivers only in part, tell us and we credit the undelivered portion. We do not guarantee outcomes a platform itself removes (for example a platform-wide purge).

7. Acceptable use

You may not use SubsForLess for anything unlawful, to target accounts you do not own or lack permission to promote, or to resell our services while misrepresenting their origin.

8. Refunds

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. In short: if we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back.

9. Our liability

We are liable for delivering what you bought. We are not liable for indirect losses, for actions the underlying platforms (Netflix, Instagram and others) take on their own services, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you.

10. Trademarks

Netflix, Spotify, Instagram, TikTok and other names and logos on this site are trademarks of their owners. SubsForLess is not affiliated with or endorsed by them; the marks identify the services our products relate to.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the current version. Questions go to [email protected]. These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
