Refund Policy

1. The principle

If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. Send us your order reference and we credit your SubsForLess wallet, or return it to the method you paid with if you prefer.

2. Subscriptions

Not delivered within 48 hours: full refund, no questions.
Stops working during the plan period: we repair, replace, or refund the unused portion, your choice.
Wrong product ordered: contact us before delivery and we cancel and refund in full. After delivery, digital access that works as described is not refundable for change of mind.

3. SMM services

Order never starts: full refund on request.
Partial delivery: send us the order reference and we credit the undelivered portion to your wallet.
Drops within a refill window: request a free refill from your order page instead of a refund.
Wrong or private link provided: orders sent to an incorrect or private link you submitted cannot be recalled and are not refundable, check the link before ordering.

4. Website scripts

Website scripts are digital source code, delivered as a download the moment payment completes. Once the files have been delivered, the purchase is not refundable, because code cannot be returned. What you get instead is a working guarantee: if the script does not install and run as demonstrated on its live demo, contact support with your order reference and we fix it. Install and configuration questions are covered by support at no cost. Customisation, new features and third party integrations are separate work and are quoted separately.

5. Wallet deposits

Deposits are refundable until spent. Contact support with your transaction reference to withdraw an unspent deposit to its original payment method; processor fees may be deducted where they apply.

6. Timelines

We review each request by hand. Once it is approved, a wallet credit is immediate, and a return to Mobile Money follows the processor's own timeline.

7. How to claim

Message us through the contact page with your order reference. Warranty claims need nothing more than the reference and a short description of the problem.
