1. Who we are

SubsForLess ("we", "us") operates subsforless.co, a store for digital subscriptions and social media marketing services. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have over it.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, name if you provide one, and password (stored hashed, never readable by us).
• Order data: what you bought, when, the delivery email you provided, and for SMM orders the public link you submitted.
• Payment data: we never see or store your card number, Mobile Money PIN or wallet keys. Payments are handled by our payment processors, who send us only a confirmation reference and amount.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used for security and to keep the site working.

3. What we use it for

To deliver what you bought, credit your wallet, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and, only if you opt in, send you deals by email. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Guest checkout

If you buy without an account we keep only your email and order details, enough to deliver your purchase and honor its warranty.

5. Sharing

We share data only with the services needed to run the store: payment processors to take payment, email providers to deliver your orders, and suppliers to fulfil SMM orders (they receive the public link and quantity, never your identity).

6. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for warranty and accounting. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, except records we must keep by law.

7. Cookies and local storage

See the Cookie Policy. In short: we use a session cookie to keep the site working and local storage to remember choices like your theme. No advertising trackers.

8. Your rights

You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask for deletion by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will note the new date above and, for significant changes, tell account holders by email.
